heaterSteam is CARELs resistive element type humidifier. It is suitable for high precision applications requiring the utmost control in humidity. It is capable of +/-1%rh control, subject to precise temperature control, water quality and correct modulation.

heaterSteam produces aseptic steam from drinking, demineralised or mains water. It is ideal for humidifying technological or medical environments, where the maximum purity of steam and extended maintenance-free operation are required.

Made with a stainless steel cylinder, heaterSteam features technological innovations, such as an electric heater embedded in aluminium castings, giving a superior heat exchange surface and response.

It has built-in temperature sensors that prevent overheating and signal when limescale needs to be removed. In the top model in the range, the heating elements have a non-stick lining that prevents limescale from building up, making cleaning simple.

The appliance is available with ON/OFF and modulating electronic control. In the latter version, heaterSteam, connected to a control probe and a limit probe, can operate with a range of modulation from 10% to full capacity, with high precision.

An external controller with modulating output can be used to operate heaterSteam. A version is also available with temperature control, designed specifically for steam baths.
