RS 300-800/M BLU series low NOx modulating gas burners are characterised by a monoblock structure, meaning all necessary components are combined in a single unit, making installation easier and quicker.

The burner covers a firing range of 1000-5169kW, and is designed for use in hot water boilers or industrial steam generators.

Operation can either be two-stage progressive or modulating with the installation of a PID logic regulator, or by an external 4-20 mA/0-10 V signal.

The mechanical cam device of regulation allows for a high modulation ratio on all firing rates. The burner can, therefore, supply demanded power with precision, guaranteeing a high efficiency system and stability setting, reducing fuel consumption and operating costs.

The combustion head, engineered with advanced simulation devices, ensures lower polluting emissions (NOx < 80 mmg/kWh).

An exclusive design with reverse blade fan guarantees low sound emissions, low electrical consumption, plus easy use and maintenance.
