The TA 500 shut-off ball valve is suitable for heating, cooling and tap water systems.
The valve is made from AMETAL®, a dezincification-resistant alloy that reduces the risk of leakage. The alloy is nickel plated and the handle is made from epoxy-painted die-cast aluminium.
The valve has a teflon-coated ball for optimum maneuverability. A double PTFE sealing further minimises the risk of leakage and ensures reliable operation.
The standard TA 500 is supplied with a lever, a spindle extension, a handle, or an assembled reduction unit. When using insulation, a spindle extension or a reduction unit should be used. The lever and reduction unit can be easily removed if necessary.
