Mono manufactures a range of packaged pump stations that transfer raw sewage from collection sumps to the main sewerage system, or for installation at remote or small treatment plants for sludge/sewage handling.

Incorporating a Mono macerator or Muncher® with a Mono progressing cavity pump, flow is finely macerated to provide pump protection and small-bore pumping.

The rising main can be installed by mole plough or slit trench methods, saving considerable sums over open trench excavations. All equipment is installed above ground to avoid sump entry risks and routine maintenance can be carried out easily in a clean environment.

Pre-assembled GRP packages are available that contain all equipment and necessary pipework, offering rapid installation.

The Mono Projects Team is also available to manage the complete installation of a new or refurbished packaged station to replace an old pump station, or as part of a new project.
