humiFog uses a special pump to deliver demineralised water at high pressure through stainless steel nozzles and produce a very fine and uniform fog. The droplets are atomised then spontaneously evaporate, humidifying and cooling the air.
The sophisticated control system combines the action of an inverter, which controls the pump flow-rate, and a series of solenoid valves that activate only the nozzles required to provide a precise and wide modulation range.
The multizone model allows systems to be developed where just one pumping unit serves multiple systems or rooms, thus rationalising the investment.
Another important innovation is the dual heating/cooling function: a humiFog multizone unit can both cool the air during the summer and humidify throughout the year.
Benefits
- Very low specific power consumption (from 2.5W per litre depending on model).
- High precision control up to +/- 2%rh.
- Adiabatic cooling (690W per litre atomised).
- Certified Hygiene for air conditioning and hospital applications.
Features
- Models from 100 to 5000kg/hr.
- Independent stage control provides wide modulation range and precise control.
- Special stainless steel customised atomising rack that allows the pipes to be automatically drained.
- VDI6022 hygiene certified without additional biocide.
- Water pressure from 25 to 75 bar.
- Uses demineralised water.
humiFog is the ideal solution for AHUs, data centres, printing and paper processing, textiles industry, food conservation, timber industry and other industrial applications. humiFog can also be used for adiabatic cooling applications, providing 690W/litre of free cooling through evaporation whilst using as little as 2.5W/litre.
