E2V electronic expansion valve
E2V is an electronic expansion valve with proportional modulation. It allows efficient control of refrigeration and air-conditioning units, and provides consistent energy saving. Its 15mm nozzle enables modulation of the refrigerant flow in a wide operating range and at various differential pressures. This can provide significant energy savings

Its 15mm nozzle enables modulation of the refrigerant flow in a wide operating range and at various differential pressures. This can provide significant energy savings.
The internal mechanism is fitted on a calibrated spring with ball bearings, and guarantees a stable and reliable regulation and thus reducing the risks of failures. This method of modulating the refrigerant within the system application is faster and more efficient than the traditional TEV method, as well as making the overall cost of installation competitive.
E2V is manufactured using laser-welding techniques and high-quality materials - AISI 316L and technopolymers.
E2V has been designed to ensure very high reliability for operation at up to 30 bar (435psi) differential pressure and up to 40 bar (580psi) absolute pressure.
Other features include exclusive axial motion of the nozzle and seal gasket in the closing position. By installing one expansion valve, the use of non-return valves can be avoided, making the refrigerant circuit much simpler. E2V valves maintain their flow characteristics and precision in both directions of flow.
