Thermo Scientific Revco™ Ultima™ II ultra-low temperature freezers incorporate IntrLogic™ microprocessor control for critical applications.

These freezers feature Revcos Legaci® refrigeration system controlled by the IntrLogic™ microprocessor system. Ultima II freezers use sophisticated systems built of high-quality refrigeration components for reliability in demanding environments. Freezer performance can be documented using data from the RS-232 port.

All freezers feature advanced, automatic monitoring systems and multilevel security systems. The automatic incident monitor identifies any temperature deviation beyond set alarm points. Automatic voltage boost and power surge protection compensate for low-voltage, brown-out and voltage-surge conditions.

Chest freezers feature a heavy-duty lid, with a full-length handle that is counterbalanced for easy lifting. Double-seal lid gaskets and sub-lids minimise frost build-up.

Upright freezers have door-mounted IntrLogic™ microprocessor control for easy viewing. The integrated door handle latch assembly is strong and durable, and not only has a front accessible keylock, but accommodates a standard padlock as well. The PEP (pressure equalisation port) relieves the inner chamber vacuum that is created under positive door seal when door openings introduce ambient air.

Positive closure ensures a tight seal against the double, independent door gaskets, which again minimises frost build-up.
