Prochem designs and manufactures valves and equipment for fluid handling systems where corrosion resistance is vital for the safety and accuracy of the dosed product.

Corrosion resistant valves for dosing systems

Prochem dosing system products are made from corrosion resistant metals and plastics to meet the requirements of the application.

Prochem provides both standard and custom solutions, with in-house design, machining, assembly, and testing capabilities to ensure product reliability.

Products for chemical dosing system include:

Pressure relief valves
Pressure loading valves
Pulsation dampers
Diaphragm seals
Calibration pots
Suction demand valves
Pinch valves
Injection and sample lances

Applications

Much of their equipment is designed specifically for use within chemical dosing systems and hence finds numerous applications within the Water & Effluent Treatment, Chemical Processing and Food Industries.

The chemical resistance of the equipment also makes it ideal for the ultra-pure pharmaceutical and semiconductor fields where contamination is unacceptable.

Prochem products and services are used for:

Water treatment
Effluent management
Power generation
Oil and gas
Chemical processing
Food production
Pharmaceuticals
Semi-conductors

Support

Established in 1984, Prochem operates from the UK and provides support throughout the product lifecycle, from design to installation and after-sales service.

We’ve created a wide range of standard products over the years, with various connection options and add-on features to suit industries from water, effluent, and power generation to oil & gas, chemical processing and food production. We’re continually looking to improve our standard products, and offer non-standard designs on request. Our machine shop, assembly and test facilities mean we can prove the reliability of design changes before installation.
