In rooms with high ceilings and large volumes it is important to get the correct mix of throw and distribution to meet the needs of the space or product being stored / distributed.

High installation – high performance – low cost

It’s impossible to give rooms like warehouse with huge volumes high air change rates. It’s all about distributing and targeting the air where it needs to be. Traditionally steel ducting with large nozzle diffusers which jet air at high velocity are used in these spaces and Prihoda fabric ducting can offer the same design principles but with our lighter weight materials costing less to buy and install and using less secondary steelwork to support. Using our large diameter fabric nozzles – which are directional and come complete with a damper for volume adjustment and can throw air as far as 20m depending upon the system pressure and air density.

Targeted air distribution

Because Prihoda fabric nozzle systems are all made to order and there is no standard size for one of our fabric nozzles we are able to design and supply systems that are uniquely matched to the needs of the space. It’s easy to provide more nozzles and air into one space and less into another and with internal dampers this can be adjusted or altered later.

CFD velocity graphics

In these spaces it’s really very important to be able to provide the system you have designed, the cost of installation and or future modification can be huge when dealing with these high spaces and large throughputs. That’s why we wouldn’t ask anyone just to take our word for it when we say a certain velocity or air pattern can be achieved. We produce velocity graphics with every single design and quotation we do, we can also arrange for a CFD analysis of our ducting and the specific diffuser layout in relation to awarded projects.
