AET Flexible Space provided a pioneering underfloor air conditioning system for the refurbishment of the landmark, grade 2 listed building - 24 St James Square in London. This removed the need for any ceiling-based ductwork and the need for a lowered ceiling, maximising floor space floor and allowing full advantage to be taken of views from the double aspect interior
