Wallgate invented and patented the world's first combined Handwasher Drier machine in 1975. The hygienic Handwasher Drier also proved ideal for clean rooms and food factories etc.

To complement the All-in-one Handwasher Drier, Wallgate designs and manufactures composite (Solid-Surface) WCs, basins, accessories such as Nappy chutes, drinking water fountains for complete anti-vandal washrooms.

Using the same extremely tough composite materials, Wallgate also manufactures a comprehensive range of anti-ligature sanitaryware (including anti-ligature showers and baths) for Mental Health Units; Prisons, Police and Law Court Custody Suites. All of Wallgate secure environment sanitaryware range is approved by the Ministry of Justice to their NOMS Safer Cell specification.
