• Remediation contracting works – The actual contracting works necessary, which may include a variety of techniques including in-situ & ex-situ soil treatment, groundwater treatment, asbestos removal, hot-spot disposal, barrier & encapsulation systems.

• Validation - The final testing, auditing and confirmation that the works have been undertaken to the agreed specification. This often includes regulatory body sign-off.
