David Furlong, Managing Director and proprietor of Mole Engineering based in Wirral has won the 'Consumer Benefit Award' at the 2010 UK Energy Innovation Awards for his innovation CombiSave.

The energy saving CombiSave technology, speeds up hot water for households with combination boilers and reduces wait time for the water to run hot.

CombiSave thus reduces gas bills, conserves significant quantities of water per household and contributes to carbon reduction. Furlong Innovations has been working closed with Regional Development Agencies to develop CombiSave and positive government funded independent test results support their findings.
