Established in the UK for over 20 years, Warmafloor is a leading British manufacturer of Underfloor heating and cooling systems.
Warmafloor underfloor heating systems have been used in many prestigious buildings including the British Museum, National Gallery, Parliament Buildings and the Building Research Establishment itself.
Warmafloor heating systems are now widely specified throughout the UK by Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities and other specifying authorities for commercial, industrial and domestic applications.
Warmafloor are one of the few who use Polybutylene-1(Pb) pipework, which is environmentally friendly and completely recyclable.
Warmafloor GB Ltd uses Hep2O® barrier pipe. This high performance Polybutene-1 heating and cooling pipe, is manufactured by Hepworth Plumbing Products.
The pipe has an integral oxygen barrier fully protected between the inner and outer pipe walls. Hepworths Hep2O® Polybutene-1 pipe is more flexible than pipe made from other material and offers excellent creep resistance.
Hep2O® barrier pipe is produced in coils up to 500 meters long giving great versatility in coil layout, without the need for any in situ joints. Additionally Hep2O® barrier pipe conforms to BBA Agrément Certificate 92/2823 and is manufactured within a rigorous Quality Management System which satisfies BS EN ISO: 9002.
As a consequence, the pipework associated with Structural Conditioning is guaranteed for 50 years against defects in material or manufacturing.
It is suitable for British Gas and Scottish Gas approval for Three star Central Heating Care.
Buildings using the Warmafloor heating system have won a number of energy saving awards including two GEM awards
