ASH Fire Management Systems

Having been involved in Fire Restoration work for some time it became apparent that in every case experienced no matter what the eventual damage caused the fire had a common “path” on its search for oxygen. This indeed is what the fire craves most and the collateral damage can be enormous.

The heated noxious gases which we are susceptible to is just the fire behaving normally, the injuries and fatalities we suffer are a by-product of this most natural of events. The company therefore set out upon the road to design a system which could exhaust all the destructive elements of the fire from the time of detection thereby limiting the growth and spread we noted during our on site experiences. Basically we cannot have the foresight to stop the fire but the Naturvent System manages it if and when it is called upon.

In 2004 ASH Fire Management attended Interbuild Nec Birmingham where they gathered information to confirm my findings which in turn led to the further development of this system.

Once developed government approved testing was required. These initial tests proved positive and in November 2010 at the Building Research Establishment facility in Middlesborough. The Naturvent System was shown to have a dramatic effect on toxicity, smoke and heat exhaustion.
