Wolseley UK Limited

International specialist distributor of plumbing and heating products, Ferguson plc, operates three B2B business units under the Wolseley brand in the UK, predominantly in the trade market through 642 branches.

These branches are served by six distribution centres providing same and next day product availability. The UK business mainly serves RMI markets, and has relatively low exposure to the new residential construction market. At 31 July 2017, Wolseley UK had 5,900 associates.

Plumbing and Heating

Plumbing and Heating is the largest business within the UK, representing 70% revenue. It operates under the Wolseley brand with a number of smaller brands including William Wilson and Soak.com. The businesses provide plumbing and heating products primarily to trade customers in the residential and commercial sectors, for RMI purposes.

Pipe and Climate

The Pipe and Climate business distributes pipes, valves and fittings as well as air conditioning and refrigeration products to B2B customers in the commercial sector, mainly for non-residential new construction.

Infrstructure

Infrastructure is a specialist in below ground drainage. Operating under the Burdens and Fusion brands. It serves the civil infrastructure and utilities markets.
