Greenbox Company

The Greenbox Company (Europe) Ltd were established in 1992.  The company's aim since that time has been to develop and manufacture a fully scalable, corrosion resistant, cost effective range of air to air plate heat exchangers.

In order to achieve this aim the company developed an in house custom built test rig, this has allowed the company to test several prototypes and log hundreds of thousands of data points to ensure the accuracy of published performance data.

The end result is that thousands of hours of maintenance free operation is guaranteed, thus saving costs in energy bills and a significant reduction in harmful pollutants being released.  In addition the units come with a 5-year anti-corrosion warranty free of charge.

The amount of heat recovery available from the heat exchangers is governed by the initial design parameters, although some of the heat exchangers available are more efficient than others.  Seven years of R&D have shown that the use of the companies 'XPS' extended surface pattern on each plate within the heat exchanger assembly ensure the maximum efficiency is available for any given physical limitations.
