The STAV balancing valve delivers accurate hydronic performance in heating and cooling systems. It is made from AMETAL®, a dezincification-resistant alloy that reduces the risk of leakage.

The valve allows water flow to be measured to a reading as low as 0.0058l/s. Self-sealing double insertion test points means that the measuring process is quick and simple.

Low flow rates often produce inaccurate readings. The STAV valve provides accurate measurement due to an integrated Venturi orifice, which increases the flow rate by generating a high-pressure signal. The valve then recovers approximately 70 to 80% of the signal pressure, resulting in a low pressure loss to the circuit.

The STAV valve is also fitted with a manual hand wheel that provides an accurate digital reading of the balancing pressure.
